Motivating people is tough work!

Yesterday I have visited a village for my official tour. Though yesterday was Friday (a holiday in our country) but I have to go with my General Manager(GM) Sir as he was invited for opening ceremony of a rice mill. The owner of the rice mill invited all of us (GM , Board of Directors of NPBS, AGM & other related staff also). Our GM sir was interested to do a motivation meeting the local mosque here in that locality. The village is situated in Jaldhaka Union which is in Nilphamari District . The village name is may be SimulBari ! It is near the Mirgong Bazer.
Our GM sir declared the previous day that all the officers would have to go that location for a motivation meeting. The weather is much rough here in this Nilphamari . But yesterday the climate is gentle. And we can able to enjoy the sunlight(Today the sun is not yet become visible) . By the way, we have stared our journey at 1.30pm at digital time.
We have reached the spot at 2.20pm (may be ). Then I have asked a person when the Jumma’s Salat would be stared. One of the Namaji answered me that I would had stared at 1.30 pm. Then I had seen the watch at the mosque. The clock time was 1.25pm. All of us had entered the mosque for our prayer and the ultimate motivation meeting. After the salat the motivating meeting was held at the mosque. Our GM sir is able to do the successful motivation meeting here. After that we had lunched and then went for opening ceremony of the rice mill.
I was thing for the digital time of Bangladesh. There are many benefits the digital time.(daylight savings).For the day light savings we use 1 hours more then our normal GMT .
Here in the old locality the people are not mindful about the digital time. They think that it is not for the rural community people . And I have seen all the villagers do not use the digital time which is supervised by the govt. of the Bangladesh. And I have seen that many of the north bengle people do not like the digital time. They are using the old time for their use.
I think government need to more motivation which is seen the town. I think the number of the village people is not lower. But the level of education are not same like the town. Here government needs to take other initiative strokes which is useful for the village people to understand the benefits of the day light savings. To speak in real I have seen that most of my clients are using the old time. And it creates a lot of problem for me to do my desk work. I am doing my job here in this Nilphamari Pally Biddut Samity as an Assistant General Manager (AGM)(Finace).
Here the experience is much practical for me! There are much limitation here but we try to give proper satisfaction to the consumer. It is really a tough job. And I am responsible for everything in accounts related to any consumer also. By the way I do appreciate the government to save Bangladesh to take some new digital formation. But I do also suggest to take events for the village people who are not able to agree the new digital systems.
So motivating people is a tough work for any one. And it is depends on man to man , time to time, place to place. Like government we all have to think about it . Some times I do feel good as I am contributing for my society. But sometimes I do feel bore as I am long away from my own locality. But to speak the truth I am learning new thing every day. And it helps me much as I do feel my day to day operation.
